COVID-19 Policy and Procedures

Before Your Appointment

- Complete the covid-19 screening questions as part of your online booking. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you will not be able to attend the clinic. You can either reschedule your appointment to a telehealth session, or reschedule for a later date

-Attend appointments alone if possible. Exceptions will be made for people requiring assistance, or minors under the age of 18 years. All people attending the clinic will be required to answer the covid-19 screening questions

-Leave unnecessary belongings at home

-Wear or bring appropriate attire (ie shorts, tank top, etc)


Upon Arrival

-Arrive on time. If you are early, please wait in your car until your designated appointment time

-Wear a mask when entering the clinic (reusable cloth mask is fine). If you do not have one, one will be provided to you for a nominal fee.

-Wash/sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the facility

-Complete the covid-19 screening assessment

Other things we are doing to keep you safe

-Maintain physical distance where possible

-Keep your mask on for the duration of your appointment

-Cover your coughs/sneezes appropriately


-Pay via contactless payment methods (tap) where possible. All invoices will be provided in electronic form only

-Wash/sanitize hands before leaving the clinic

-Leave the clinic promptly to avoid crossing paths with the next arriving client


-Adhering to physical distancing guidelines whenever possible. When this is not possible, therapist and client will be wearing masks

-Increased spacing between clients to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting of treatment room and equipment

-Using Health Canada approved cleaning products and following disinfection protocols for all high touch surfaces

-Washing/sanitizing hands before and after every client encounter

-Staying home if any team member is sick in any way
